Meeting Sponsorship

AIA South Jersey greatly appreciates the generosity of our partners, whose sponsorship enables us to continue serving our members through a host of great programs.

Directly sponsoring a meeting table is one of the simplest ways to introduce yourself and your products or services to AIA South Jersey. Our regular meetings typically take place from 5 PM to 8 PM, beginning with a networking and informal trade show session from 5 PM to 6 PM, followed by our meeting and keynote presentation. Table sponsors usually set up starting at 4:30 PM and interact with members one-on-one or in small groups during the first hour, beginning at 5 PM. Each sponsor is then invited to give a brief presentation lasting 5 to 10 minutes before the main presentation.

If you represent a manufacturer, supplier, or vendor of materials or equipment used in architectural projects, or if you work in an allied profession (such as engineering, law, or CAD services) and are either new to South Jersey or looking to reintroduce yourself to AIA South Jersey, table sponsorship is an excellent opportunity to showcase your products to our membership.
